We are currently going through quite the transition at IE on our backend systems. The timing couldn't have been worse, since it was right after Black Friday. Dave has also had to forcibly take leave as well, on top of Comcast continuously messing up our internet, it's honestly been a disaster these past few weeks here at IE. But we are working as hard as we can to rectify unanswered emails and reach outs, on top of getting out orders as fast as possible.

No wonder support wasn’t responsive when I needed them. At least put a notice on their webpage or voicemail indicating due to Black Friday and Internet provider issues, we are having difficulty responding quickly to customers. Thanks for your patience and understanding. I was about to write a negative review due to the lack of response but if I knew the information above, I would’ve understood.

Ummm ... if their backend servers and internet service were the issue, they can't usually get access to put any notices....

That’s understandable but this is 2019. You can use mobile service to at least post something about delayed response on various social media sources. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a fan and customer of IE but there are alternatives to inform current and potential customers with questions/answers.

We had made several posts on social media when the issue arose, but they were temporary posts (stories) because the issue wasn't meant to last. Our service came back up the next day, all there was to do was catch up, which is what we're still working on right now.

I ordered a downpipe from IE on Dec 2, but haven't received anything but excuses. Last one was that they sent it back to the warehouse. Really? How hard is it to put a label on a box and give it to UPS? It's been a month - I've been patient because of busy holidays and their system was shutdown, but this is pathetic. I got a tracking number last week, but it still hasn't shipped. I could have driven across the country and picked it up sooner than this.

So, beware if you order from them, you might not get it.

I'm sure you will get it eventually. With Black Friday, Xmas and some technical issues it may take a bit longer than expected but I heard that it is worth waiting for as it dramatically reduces that nasty WG rattle that drives everyone nuts!
