2011 Audi A4 2.0 TFSI ‘30 Years of quattro’ Edition sedan

I just saw one of these at the dealer, I snapped a few pics if anyone's interested. I'm not sure why I haven't heard of this before in all the S-Line vs. Titanium package discussions, maybe I missed it.

I was taking a look around the showroom and this dark gray A4 caught my eye. I saw it had the RS5 5-spoke wheels and the S-Line badge and I thought that was odd. It had the S-Line bumpers and side blades, and then I saw that it had the blacked-out trim I figured it was a Titanium package... except it's supposed to be mutually exclusive with S-Line. When I saw the seats they blew me away, it had the S4 seats with Alcantara inserts, you can't even get that on an S4. It also has black headliner like S-Line but the aluminum trim is the fake stamped one from the standard black interior. You get button start but no side-assist, no homelink, no nav.

The sales guy said they only put them on sale on Monday and they're almost all sold out.

Yup, seats are nice....I'm not a fan of Alcantara but I like the S4 seat design with the extra support in the upper shoulders. The lack of equipment is a big FAIL....and no Avant....and only White and Gray.

Ditto, for that money, it sounds really weak - just a P+ w/sline and some tweaks. Definitely too expensive at $45k start imo.

those prices are Canadian.....our Base starts at ~38K while the US Base starts at ~32K

this package is only available on premium plus and prestige.... those models come with homelink and bluetooth with out this package already. What he listed above are things you get when purchasing this package on top of the model you already have.

or in canadas case it would be premium and premium plus models ... and N/A on standard models.

wow i can't imagine that being very popular unless somebody just wants to buy it for the special edition name. i mean you can easily go to a custom interior shop and have them suede your seats for about 3-4 thousand. yes that is money but when you weigh the fact that your car will have more overall options and maybe cost the same as a brand new special edition, i think going custom would be the way to go. unless a special edition has performance capabilities only accessible on that car, i'd stay away from the whole "special edition" marketing gimmick

in the U.S Nav is standard on prestige and optional on premium plus. I would think it would be standard on Premium plus and optional on premium for Canada.

There are no selectable options on these cars....only colour(white/grey) and transmission.....that's it...its not a package to add to something else....they ALL come the same. I was at a dealer today and they had one of each. The seats aren't the same fabric as the Sline Alcantara .....it looks/feels like actual suede.

Those look the same as the S4 seats? I guess an advantage would be you're able to get S-line and titanium package at the same time. PS you should post up your pics...

Mmmmmm love the S4/S5 seats. Every time I leave my parents house, I contemplate swapping my S-Line seats for my dads S5 seats ;).

The Alcantara looked the same to me, just not perforated like on S-Line. I like those seats better, I find that the S-Line seats have very little shoulder bolstering and I don't really like the headrests.







This gave me a chance to test the iPhone's HDR feature ;)

They don't have to worry about how many of those they're going to sell, I think the guy said there's only 200 or so for Canada. I think as long as you don't want a lot of options and you like both the Titanium package and the S-Line package, this is a pretty good choice.

yup, this color is really unique! Were you at Riverside Audi on Hunt Club, they build a new Lexus and Nissan dealership beside it.

Does anyone have a picture of the front splitter - It looks S-line but color matched in some of the stuff on the website and these pictures

BTW It is not so bad of a deal because if wanted daytona grey in another instance you would have to pay an Audi exclusive fee

...sorry, have to agree with "sin city rings" on this one...not a fan of the wheels. The sline/titanium combo is pretty sick though
