I was finally able to pick up my Ipanema Brown A5 from the dealership yesterday as the sun was setting. Needless to say I wasn't able to fully appreciate the color choice that I had made, however this morning was a different story. Pictures can't do the color justice, it has to be seen in person. In the sun, it has a bronze look to it, however in the shade or at night, it has a nice brown look to it. The color really brings out the lines of the car and gives it a shadow effect.
Unfortunately, I was only able to put less than 50 miles on it before I had to drop it off with Phil at Detailer's Domain. As per Phil's request, the dealer delivered the car dirty and in it's raw form. Phil's gonna do his magic for sure and I can't wait to see the end result of his new car prep!
The HRE P43s were the first "mod" that I put on. I originally wanted a staggered setup, but I couldn't pass on this great deal that I got from Wheel Boutique. However, the tires were directional and Wheel Boutique mounted two of the tires the wrong way. Kinda of a N00B mistake if you ask me, hopefully, they can resolve it for me.
Here are some pictures that I took on my way to Phil this morning... Yes, I know it's an SUV, the KW Variant 3s will go on later this evening or tomorrow morning.

I'll post more pictures when I get the car back from Phil, but who know maybe he'll put a writeup as well with very detailed pics.
The rest of my mods will be going in by the end of April. However, my AWE Exhaust, Carbon Fibre Valance and Custom StopTech Trophy BBK will be going in at the end of May.
I'm contemplating on getting an RS5 grill, but I can't seem to justify that when a Caractere A5 front bumper w/ grill isn't that much more than just the OEM RS5 Grill.
I was also thinking about getting a thicker flat bottom steering wheel, but I have seen a few Audi ones and none of them had the same feel as the BMW M Sport steering wheel. Anyone know something that is just as thick as BMWs?
