    RS6/RS7 Performance Wheel Rock Chip Problems?

    I have had the Bronze Performance wheels on my RS6 for about 12k miles so far, and have accumulated a few small rock chips. I am probably the only person who notices them.

    Others with the Performance wheels... have y'all had rock chips as well? Common? Or just something I have to live with?

    They will happen from time to time. None yet on my RS7 however I have had it happen on my Tahoe - it's lowered with 24" rims. I've found the best solution is a paint pen. Many manufactures make these so you just have to find the right color for your rims but the paint holds up extremely well after rough winters and many car washes later.
