    Audi A6 C8 Allroad front bumper and grille removal DIY

    Step: 1
    Remove 5x T25 screws and 1 plastic rivet in the fender wells (driver and passengers side)
    Turn the steering wheel for easier access.



    Step 2:
    Remove the negative terminal from the battery. So you don’t have to recalibrate your ACC sensor. $$$$


    Step 3:
    Remove hood latch cover.:
    5x T30 screws, pull the rivet pin up, and remove hood latch handle
    Pull the cover straight up




    Step 4:
    Remove 3x T30 screws
    Unplug 3 Wire harness




    Step 5:
    Remove 6x T20 screws at the bottom of the bumper

    Step 6:
    Pull the bumper side out of the fenders.
    Driver side will have 2 wire harness to unplug
    Passenger side will have 1 wire harness to unplug





    Step 7:
    Pull the full bumper off.
    Wires will need to be unclip form the black plastic





    Front Grille Removal

    Step 1:
    Removal a lot of T20 screws.
    Remove 2x parking sensors





    Step 2:
    Removal the front bumper end plate by pulling the ends outward.
    I cut the wire strap that hold the camera wire down. I’m not sure if it was necessary

    Push notch down



    Step 3:
    Remove grille from the bumper
    Push notch down

    Thank you so much for sharing this detailed tutorial. I tried to follow your exact steps but still encountered ACC error afterwards. Did I miss anything or do something wrong? Is there any other battery terminal that needs to be disconnected first?
