That's the turbo break out. Item 14 is the actuator. That's 06L 145 612 L. Seems you'll find 06L 145 614 B out there a lot, but that's not the same p/n.

As for the code,
P00AF
Turbocharger Boost Control "A" Module Performance
• Deviation boost pressure actuator position controller > 16.00 %
• Boost pressure actuator position <= 10.00 %
Or
• Deviation boost pressure actuator position controller < -16.00 %
• Boost pressure actuator position <= 10.00 %
– Check the Charge Air Pressure Actuator -V465- . (which is that item 14)
So the code seems to be more about the position of the boost pressure actuator rather than about boost pressures.
The checking process is nothing more than confirm 5V is measured between pins 1 and 3 on the harness plug to the V465. So much for diagnostic analysis.
But replacing it without confirming the issue is not power would be a waste of time. Beyond that, you'd need to look at the measuring values to see if the ECM is seeing values, or not seeing values. Ie, the wires on 2, 5, and 6; are they ok. Looks like if pin 1 is the 5V supply to the electronics, pin 3 is the ground to the electronics, then pin 5 is the position signal, and pins 2 and 6 are the motor wires.
