    ADVICE / Modifying 2021 A4 B9 Sedan 40 TDI Quattro Facelift

    Hello!

I’m looking forward to modify my new (to me) Audi.

    Sedan A4 B9 Quattro 2021 40TDI (2.0 turbodiesel)
    70.000KM (~43K Miles)
Service history is mint, no previous issues with the engine or gearbox, all recalls have been done.

    My wishlist is:

    H&R Front&Rear strut braces
    H&R Coilovers
    10mm back&front spacers on stock R17&19Wheels
I might keep the stock suspension or change it for a stiffer one if It’s not enough.
Turbocharger hybridisation (Maybe swap it for a bigger one)
K&N Cold Air Intake + Filter
    K&N Intercooler
ECU+TCU Remap + Speed limiter removal

BTW, this is my daily so It will do about 120-150 miles everyday as I’m always commuting to work. Will reliability be affected or improved?

Would you go for these? What should and shouldn’t I do to my car from this list? Have you got any other ideas?

IMO - it's your driving style after upgrading power and suspension that will most impact reliability. If you keep to the recommended maintenance schedule, allow the car to warm up completely before driving harder then there shouldn't be any impact. Hard launches will typically place more stress on components than steady higher speed driving/cornering.

Cold air intake not likely to make any difference - the Audi airbox is already very efficient.

All the best for whatever upgrades you decide to do.
