AHD 1080p reverse camera

I have recently bought a Android 10.25inch screen for my B8 and now have got the reverse camera for it but not having much luck getting it working,

I have these coning from the screen, and have been told to use the CCD 12v at the screen side, and a gnd and positive on the camera side where there is a 4 pin connector that connects to the camera.

these cameras are so much simpler to wire up than most resellers realize.

The yellow RCA cable (video + ground) has a red wire on either end. Connect the HU end to the CAM_12V/CAM_PWR wire on the HU. Connect the camera end to the red wire from the camera power lead. The black wire from the camera power lead can be ignored.

Some manual transmission cars need an additional wire run from the reverse light in the rear to trigger the HU to switch to the reverse camera when you put it into reverse gear, but that's a separate issue from how to properly power the camera

On the HU, there's generally an option for the reverse camera type: OEM, Aftermarket/AHD, 360, etc. Be sure to select the correct type.
