2019 USA Q5 FULL LED to UK MATRIX LED replacement possibility

Hi everyone.
I'm driving a US-market 2019 Q5 that has had FULL LED headlights from factory.
I've had an accident and those headlights are gone now.
Now I'm thinking of buying a pair of UK-market MATRIX LED headlights to install on my car.
I know there's slight wiring pin difference between US and UK cars but i think I can fix that.
Also I am aware that the matrix function won't work without extra stuff like a special camera. I don't need that function.
My question is - will they work on my car just to replace the functions of stock FULL LED headlights without the extra functions?

Not sure if you’re aware, but I looked into swapping my wife’s same MY QFive Premier Plus with the Matrix headlights and they cost around nine thousand and five hundred dollars. If you’re not planning to make the appropriate coding and flashing of controller modules, not worth the cost in my opinion.

I've found some ok offers for used pairs of UK matrix headlights. I'm fine with codings as well as long as they are theoretically possible. I'm just waiting for an answer from someone who can say whether it's possible or not. Thanks.

You’ll need to flash the controller for the camera in the windshield in addition to coding.

Not sure if them being UK versions having an impact due to them being RHD. I’m sure someone else might have insight.

I understand what the matrix LEDs do, but just like older cars, I'd be concerned about the lenses being different to account for RHD in UK vs LHD here in USA. Even if the LEDs turn off, you may still inadvertently dazzle oncoming drivers.
