What did I do to my Audi by trying a cheap Amazon Camshaft Adjuster Magnet? (FIXED)

I need help because I am freaking out right now. My car has a bit over 105K miles and is for the most part running well. No lights / no codes (other than an intermittent backup camera open) and the only issue is slightly rough idle in the mornings or when the car is cold, with some hesitation / misfires are lower rpms when cold. Once the car warms up it's running fine.

I am almost 100% sure that this is all due to carbon build up and it needs a carbon cleaning. However I was reading and found that the Camshaft Adjuster Magnet can cause similar issues so I ran the test with my Vagcom and it failed. I wasn't sure if the carbon build up could cause this test to fail or not so I decided to try a new Camshaft Adjuster Magnet since it's easy to change while I wait for a weekend to do my carbon cleaning.

I figure I would try a cheaper Camshaft Adjuster Magnet and see if it fixed the issue. I bought this one from Amazon since it was on the cheaper side, came quick and seemed to have good reviews other than questionable longevity. I figured even it if didn't last it would answer my question on whether the test failed due to a bad unit or carbon build up.

After I swapped the adjuster magnet, I started the car and it was a little rough still. I then took it around the block and before I was halfway down the street my EPC light came on. I have never had this light on so I turned around and scanned it with my Carista. I was SHOCKED to see all the codes:

    Basic OBD2:
    P0010 (Pending) - "A" Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit/Open Bank 1
    P0245 (Pending) - Turbocharger/Supercharger Wastegate Solenoid "A" Low
    P0300 (Pending) - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
    P0301 (Pending) - Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected
    P0304 (Pending) - Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
P0458 (Pending) - Evaporative Emission System Purge Control Valve Circuit Low
P2009 (Pending) - Intake Manifold Runner Control Circuit Low Bank 1
P2088 (Pending) - "A" Camshaft Position Actuator Control Circuit Low Bank 1

    Engine:
    10203 - Random/Multiple Cylinder: Misfire Detected
10336 - Transmission coolant valve: Short circuit to Ground (GND)
    10591 - Cyl.1: Misfire Detected
    10594 - Cyl.4: Misfire Detected
    02798 - "A" Camshaft Position Actuator Control Circuit Low - Bank 1
    02799 - "A" Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit/Open (Bank1)
02972 - Intake Manifold Runner Bank 1 Control Circuit Low
    02984 - Turbo/Super Charger Wasteg.Solonoid A Low
04235 - EVAP System Purge Control Valve "A" Circuit Low
04269 - Turbo Charger Bypass Valve Control Circuit Low
    07206 - Cam Shift Actuator "A" Cylinder 1: Circuit/Open
    07209 - Cam Shift Actuator "B" Cylinder 1: Circuit/Open
    07212 - Cam Shift Actuator "A" Cylinder 2: Circuit/Open
    07215 - Cam Shift Actuator "B" Cylinder 2: Circuit/Open
    07218 - Cam Shift Actuator "A" Cylinder 3: Circuit/Open
    07221 - Cam Shift Actuator "B" Cylinder 3: Circuit/Open
    07224 - Cam Shift Actuator "A" Cylinder 4: Circuit/Open
    07227 - Cam Shift Actuator "B" Cylinder 4: Circuit/Open
09490 - Oil pressure regulation valve: Short circuit to Ground (GND)

    Back-up camera:
    02203 - Audio-/video input 1: Open circuit

The only code I have seen before is the Back-up camera and the rest are new. I tried to clear them first while the engine was running, and then again with just the ignition on, but both times the codes would immediately return. So I swapped out the new adjuster magnet with my original and started the car. The car ran better but the EPC light was still on, so I tried to clear the codes again and some came right back again.

    Basic OBD2:
    P0245 (Pending) - Turbocharger/Supercharger Wastegate Solenoid "A" Low
P0458 (Pending) - Evaporative Emission System Purge Control Valve Circuit Low
P2009 (Pending) - Intake Manifold Runner Control Circuit Low Bank 1
P2088 (Pending) - "A" Camshaft Position Actuator Control Circuit Low Bank 1

    Engine:
10336 - Transmission coolant valve: Short circuit to Ground (GND)
    02798 - "A" Camshaft Position Actuator Control Circuit Low - Bank 1
02972 - Intake Manifold Runner Bank 1 Control Circuit Low
    02984 - Turbo/Super Charger Wasteg.Solonoid A Low
04235 - EVAP System Purge Control Valve "A" Circuit Low
04269 - Turbo Charger Bypass Valve Control Circuit Low
    07206 - Cam Shift Actuator "A" Cylinder 1: Circuit/Open
    07209 - Cam Shift Actuator "B" Cylinder 1: Circuit/Open
    07212 - Cam Shift Actuator "A" Cylinder 2: Circuit/Open
    07215 - Cam Shift Actuator "B" Cylinder 2: Circuit/Open
    07218 - Cam Shift Actuator "A" Cylinder 3: Circuit/Open
    07221 - Cam Shift Actuator "B" Cylinder 3: Circuit/Open
    07224 - Cam Shift Actuator "A" Cylinder 4: Circuit/Open
    07227 - Cam Shift Actuator "B" Cylinder 4: Circuit/Open
09490 - Oil pressure regulation valve: Short circuit to Ground (GND)

I then got my laptop and tried to clear them with Vagcom and it said it cleared them, but when I checked it still had all these:

    18062 - Coolant Pump 2
    10336 - Thermostat for Transmission
9490 - Oil Pressure Regulation Valve
    7206 - Cam Adjustment Actuator A; Cylinder 1
    7209 - Cam Adjustment Actuator B; Cylinder 1
    7218 - Cam Adjustment Actuator A; Cylinder 3
    7221 - Cam Adjustment Actuator B; Cylinder 3
    7224 - Cam Adjustment Actuator A; Cylinder 4
    7227 - Cam Adjustment Actuator B; Cylinder 4
    7212 - Cam Adjustment Actuator A; Cylinder 2
    7215 - Cam Adjustment Actuator B; Cylinder 2
    2798 - Bank 1 Camshaft A (Intake) Position Actuator
    2972 - Intake Manifold Flap; Bank 1
2984 - Solenoid Valve for Boost Pressure Control (N75)
4235 - Evap System Purge Control Valve (N80)
4269 - Turbocharger Bypass Valve Control Circuit

All of the Vagcom codes say "Not Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear" so I'm not quite sure what this means. Are these going to clear on their own? The car runs like it did before so that's good at least but I just can't seem to clear these code and turn off the light.

Did this cheap part from Amazon ruin my car? Didn't think an electro-magnet could mess up the car like this. :(
Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. I'm supposed to swap cars with my wife in two days and don't want her to end up stranded in my car while I'm away.

P.S. I'm also confused with the "10336 - Transmission coolant valve: Short circuit to Ground (GND)" code. Does my manual transmission even have this?

That looks like a wiring issue. All of that is on the main harness. I'd check connectors, grounds, fuses, etc.

Thanks! My best guess now is that I blew a fuse and am just trying to figure out where it is. Otherwise from what I read, it seems like a sensor on that line might have gone back at the same time and it's pulling everything low. The rain here has finally stopped so I have a chance to dig into it deeper.
    Thanks again for the tip!

UPDATE: It's fixed....well kind of. I found that a 15A fuse under the ECU in the engine compartment was blown. Replacing it allowed me to clear all the "Engine" codes but four of the "Basic OBD2:" codes changed from "Pending" to "Permanent" and won't clear. Those are:

    Basic OBD2:
    P0245 (Permanent) - Turbocharger/Supercharger Wastegate Solenoid "A" Low
P0458 (Permanent) - Evaporative Emission System Purge Control Valve Circuit Low
P2009 (Permanent) - Intake Manifold Runner Control Circuit Low Bank 1
P2088 (Permanent) - "A" Camshaft Position Actuator Control Circuit Low Bank 1

The EPC light is no longer on so I think we are back to normal.

EDIT: Well I know see that I can't clear the codes because they became Permanent codes and will require drive cycles to clear them.
