Impossible to find Piston oil spray jets (oil squirters)

So upon tear down I found a peice of metal tubing in my lower oil pan maybe 1/4" in length if that. Once I fished it out of the remaining oil and cleaned it up I realized it was the tip of one of the oil spraying jet a.k.a oil squirters. I'm not sure how that could have got broke of especially since the bottom end has the stock pistons, on I.E rods that are standard length. I've searched high and low for answers to no avail. My only guess would be a piston skirt some how hit and snapped it off, even though I put a few thousand miles of the car with this bottom end set up and never had an issue. Now I'm looking for a replacement and I quite literally can find ever style squirter for every other motor but not the one I need for the 2.7t. Aside from disassembling a motor at salvage yard to find one is there a company that sells them or a upgraded solution or any solution to this problem. Another concern is it possibly happening again and what can be done to ensure it doesn't happen again. Thank you for any and all input, advice, two cents, what ever information you share to help solve this issue.

If you’re really in a pinch, I have a set in my engine coffee table.

I’d call them since they are NLA and JHM isn’t good with updating their site.

Thank you PwrWgn and Silverex for the P/N, and heads up on calling them I literally just placed an order earlier this week at JHM and had to call them so looks like I'll be giving them another call and possibly another order haha

CELison I appreciate you willing to take bits from the greatest coffee table ever. I always wanted to do a engine coffee table after I did an little s.o.h.c Honda motor end stand. Wish I still had that but life, wife, kids etc I ended up selling it.

I did a quick search for part 078103158C, and they are listed at Modded Euros at https://www.moddedeuros.com/products...jet-078103158c but I'm not sure if they actually can have or can get the parts. I've ordered some CV joint gaskets from that company, and the transaction went fine.

They don’t have them, nor will be able to get them.

Tons of sites do this, and you end up wasting the only to get a cancellation notice

Apparently these are truly impossible to acquire anymore. Sounds like my best chance would be to purchase a set of jets from someone here or local salvage. That being said the "check valve" for these are in the bolt correct, not in the tubing its self? If I'm gonna get a set I might as well check that the valve works properly and replace if needed.

Here are my spare OEM Audi B5 S4 oil squirters I have. Let me know if you still want to buy them. I just ran some brake clean through them and they all have great flow. They are straight and not bent. Can have them shipped out with tracking on Monday let me know.
