Solution to leaking map sensor o-ring?

Performed a boost pressure test. Weak point is map sensor o-ring. Sensor is brand newish with o-ring.

Seems like a very poor design overall, guess that's what makes the metal throttle body housings so attractive.

Anyone have a simple solution? New o-ring? Thicker o-ring? Double o-ring? Quadruple o-ring?

thicker oring + lube. another one is you can try adjusting the bracket, if the bracket is canted a bit the oring wont seal right.

Thanks for that. Actually discovered the adapter bushing inside the tbb had no o-ring at all. I must have never gotten one when I bought it so never thought twice until now. Got a fatter one from Ace hardware and now it's all good. Now I have leaks all over the plumbing and coming to realize that most worm gear clamps are absolute garbage. It never ends.

yeah just use the standard screw clamps, nothing too wide, and use a stock style tbb. there's a lot of 3rd party fixes that unfix this area real quick -- most, if not all, are complete garbage downgrades.
