Both USB Ports are dead 17 A3

I have a 2017 Audi A3 Technik with Carplay from factory.
Both my usb ports stopped working and now I can't charge my phone or use carplay since it's wired only.
I scanned it and got U11b800 code but no help from that by searching it up, no one with this code and having both usb ports die.

Does someone have any idea of how to fix what's going on with mine without having to replace anything? Or the steps to find the issue?
I even checked the cables on the MMI everything seems like it's properly connected and checked the cables behind the USBs everything seems fine but I don't know if something is messed up along the way.

I'm thinking of buying this 5G0 035 222 E (attached image) for the MK7s (and just leave it inside the glove box) as I know it works for the Audi too but I don't know where to connect the green rectangle on the red circle. The blue circle goes behind the usb and I assume the yellow on the MMI but the green rectangle has no space on the MMI.
Even the Audi USB hubs that could replace mine have the same green connector I just need help figuring out where to connect it.

It could be because of a blown fuse, a loose connection, or a problem with the control module. Check all the wires connected to the USB system for damage or bad connections.
