I will link/attach the two previous related topics below. The car is finally fixed!!!

Here is a quick summary before I explain everything: 8Y platform is affected by battery management that affects not just the starting of the engine but will trigger multiple safety related faults. The solution is a TSB that address a specific software that targets the battery to keep the state of charge above 85% and not 80% like I was explained/told on previous topics.
Symptoms (will display some or all of the messages below besides not starting):
1) Car will not start
2) Distance warning
3) Engine start system malfunction-"please contact service"
4) Parking assist currently unavailable-please take over the steering
5) Stability control warning
6) ACC unavailable
** Keep in mind that the car could randomly start all of the sudden even if previous attempts were not successful but warning lights and messages will display. Also, keep in mind that car can start with a small momentarily voltage increase or small battery charge period of a few seconds.
What cars does this affects to? new 8Y platform specifically A3,S3,RS3.
What fixed the car this time? TSB 2069999/4
How was this situation addressed? Local dealer could not initially duplicate faults. Had to created a case with Audi Technical assistance(Audi Engineers). Engineers suggested running specific test/diagnostic.
Can you run this TSB straight up from the get go? Not necessarily. If your technician does not see all the necessary fault codes stored needed for this TSB then they wouldn't run the TSB. That is what happened to me the last time.
The difference between my last visit and this visit is the amount of fault codes stored. The last time my car other faults codes that were not called for this TSB. This time my car threw 5 out of 6 codes needed for this TSB.
Best of luck to you guys. My suggestion is that if this happens again to you have them take a look at TSB 2069999/4. your car might not be a candidate for this TSB based on not generating the proper fault codes but this TSB address the 85% state of charge needed on the new battery management software that triggers all kinds of malfunctions. This 8Y platform comes with a very sensitive voltage/state of charge measuring collection that affects the functioning of the car.
