    German buyers will have to pay 290,000 euros, or approximately $313,000

    Wow...

    Edit: not sure how accurate that article is for pricing, seeing a UK price of 176,975GBP so the Motortrend price looks a bit high

    Same HP but 0 - 60 time is 0.1 seconds faster (3.3) due to the hood and front fenders being made from carbon fiber. It also has adjustable coilovers like the RS5 Competition and it also comes with carbon fiber sport seats and a microfiber interior (Europe only, North America gets the regular seats with a leather interior). It's limited to 660 units.

    Kind of anti-climactic dont you think? No power increase and 0-60 is only marginally better. Some mags have tested the Performance 0-60 under 3.3... So really you are just getting the Performance version with some carbon fiber parts and a suspension upgrade? Will that be worth the higher price and ADM???

    Doesn't seem like a great deal for NA, losing the bucket seats for a particular market on a unique car like this doesn't make a ton of sense to me. I also noticed the GT won't have roof bars, assume that means roof boxes would also be a no-go?

    That's why they're only making 660 of them. It's for collectors.

    This will be a collectors item and go for big bucks. Those coilovers are pure sex though. Too bad about the seats for NA.

    They're the same carbon fiber seats as in the Cupra Formentor. You could order the RS4/RS5 Competition version of the seats as the stitching just says "RS".

    Very cool and special but I felt like not special enough to justify the crazy price tag. Really liked the GT but probably couldn't afford one. I will stick to my 2021 RS6

    should have made it 660hp if they are making 660 of them, esp since the urus has the same motor and makes 660hp

    That would be sick but 660 hp is Lamborghini Urus level and even more than Porsche Cayenne Turbo GT. VW would not let an Audi be more powerful than Lamborghinis or Porsches

    Yeah, I don’t know the part numbers, but I’ve seen people order them and retrofit them into their cars. The problem is that they’re only offered in cars in Europe so there is no secondary market for them in North America.

    I like the retro heritage vibe. Was hoping for something a tad bit more hardcore (aggressive exhaust with no rev limiter, nylon door straps, engine bracing and other chassis reinforcement).

    I'd love to get my hands on the coilovers from the GT.

    Having used really high end coilers on street/track and just track cars, they can make such a difference.

    They don't look like Ohlins, but possible Saschs or Bilstein units. The seats are gorgeous too, I wonder if any of the vendors here can there hands on them. I am assuming it would throw a possible code up, but that can be programmed out hopefully.

    The adjustable coilovers for the RS4 and RS5 Competition are made by KW. They seem to be their V5 coilovers, perhaps with custom tuning.

    And spring rate. I haven’t seen the V5 in person ever.

    It's so amusing everyone being negative that it isn't a "track car".
    You can track any car you want, hell sabine tracked a van around the ring for years faster than anyone of us could go in a 911 GT3 RS.
    But I know some of us are super duper expert track drivers who know everything.

    With 660 of these being made likely most of the parts being fitted to this GT model will become available to those without GT models. Though won't know until the parts start showing up in the catalog.

    Oddly enough today was informed that the 25th Anniversary items became available once again, but who knows for how long...

    If one is truly at the “I have $150k to spend for track days”, they aren’t taking their RS6 around the country event to event.

    The driver makes the car, on track.

    I couldn't agree more on all of your points. I once coached a friend who had just bought a Hellcat Challenger on the track and I have never seen a bigger smile than when he came in and said "I finally passed a spec Miata!" His line of thinking immediately went to, maybe I should get a Miata to learn how to do this better. Thinking the RS6 could ever be a track car is hilarious.
