2024 RS6 New Owner Checking in

A little over a year ago I bout a new Etron GT. I did not gel with that car at all. I thought I liked it for a while but I think it was just the instant torque that masked how I really felt! When I bought the etron I was looking at wagons at the time. Specifically the Mercedes E63 Estate. I kinda looked at the RS too but for whatever reason I was focused on the Mercedes. But after driving the etron I fell in love with Audi's. I was fan before I had one but now that I have owned an Audi, I'm a complete convert. No more BMW's for me! LOL!
So I dumped the etron, at a 50% loss by the way(ouch), and jumped into the RS6. I really couldn't be happier. I love the exterior and interior styling. The fit and finish is awesome and I really love the power of the V8!
I tend to mod my cars so this wont stay stock forever. In fact, you will notice that it's got a matte finish. That's from a matte PPF on the whole car. This one came with the matte carbon package which is awesome but I had to tweak it and go gloss on the carbon and matte for the paint. I'm sure I will go back to shiny paint in a few years to change it up again. I'll go back to the matte carbon at that point too. I do love this look though. Future mods include intake and tune. I'm on the fence about the exhaust so we will see what the future brings.

Just saw your post on Facebook. I have an almost identical RS6 incoming. I keep going back and forth between matte PPF and clear. I think I've swung back to matte... for now. Gorgeous.

Ultra is discontinued for '24! This is ascari matte - a bit lighter then Ultra.

All in there are 125 or so Ultras in the USA between 22/23 model years. Enjoying mine!!

Very nice!
I too test drove an etron GT before the RS6 purchase and while I really wanted to like it, it's nowhere as good as the RS6 if you like driving.
Too much body roll, brakes are squishy and not confidence inspiring, cabin is claustrophobic, teeny tiny trunk is useless, and all the fake noises are kind of annoying. That's just a few of the complaints :)
Can't go wrong with the RS6, it's a dream machine imho. Enjoy!

10 months in and I cant get enough of this car....

I had an AWE switch-path exhaust installed yesterday and I really love the new sound. Slightly louder than stock in quiet mode but nice and grumbly in loud mode. It goes well with the Eventuri intake. The sounds this car makes are just amazing.... Love it!!!

Is there a market for the stock exhaust? I have no where to store it and it will be a few years before I sell this car. Suggestions are welcome.
