How to disassemble center console / cupholder?

Hi guys,

My 2021 RS 6 has been rattling around the shifter / cupholder area (I believe that's where it came from) for a while. The dealership attempted to fix it, but they only found rattle around the air vent and replaced the air vent. It didn't fix the rattle.

I'm wondering if I could try to fix it on my own, but I'm not sure how to disassemble the center console. I had euro cupholder retro fitted by a dealership. Can anyone share some instructions? Thanks!

I've been getting really bad plastic on plastic rubbing sound coming from that center console since its gotten cold out. Never had the sound in summer but since its been below 0C it makes the sound. The colder the car, the worst it is. When car is warm (1+ hour driving, no sound at all)

There is also another sound if you have heat on, it will click/clack on the center console. Turn down heat/turn off HVAC, sound goes away.

You figured this out yet? If not I may be able to help with some erWin manual pages. I removed the center console on a ‘21 Allroad (very similar / identical) so I could install the Euro cup holder lid (I don’t recommend this BTW - reduces size of cup holders, plus I never closed it)

Precisely why I would install it. Discourages wife and kids from having drinks in the car and I would never open it. LOL

Not yet. I will PM you my email and thanks for sharing the manual! It's kind of annoying that I couldn't fit some of the Stanley bottles in the Euro cup holder, but I prefer the matte aluminum looks to the piano black much better.
