1999 Audi B5 A4 Avant Quattro 1.8T AEB Stage 3

Hi Y'all, I have a 99 prefacelift(but I converted the headlights and fenders to facelift) a4 avant that I made into an 034 stage 3 build (GT28RS). It may not be 1000% stage 3(stage 1 clutch), I'm not certain, but that's what the Turbo is rated for and I installed a bunch of supporting parts too. I blew the engine two years ago, and it's been sitting at a mechanic waiting for parts until yesterday when they called to say they finally have all the parts and can do the swap. I'm swapping it for the same 1.8T AEB engine.

I want to fix it and sell it. The quote to fix it is ~$7500. I'm looking to see if anyone would be interested in buying it either before or after the engine replacement and what you'd be willing to pay. Do y'all think it's worth $7500 with a new or rebuilt engine and all these parts? The car is in Austin, Texas. I don't have a ton of pictures at the moment, but here's the parts list.

When I put the parts in I replaced the engine mounts, cv joints, oil cooler... All recommended gaskets, bushings, self locking nuts, a bunch of sensors (crankshaft position, coolant temp, oxygen), etc.

The parts have maybe 10,000 miles on them.

These have been going for a good amount on cars and bids as of recent, do a search on there and compare condition to those and that should give you an idea.
