Key Fob Battery 21 Q7

I replaced the battery on the key fob but when I start the car, it is still telling me to replace the battery. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks

I just changed mine and on my battery was a child-resistant sticker that is supposed to taste really bad to prevent kids from putting it in their mouths. I put my battery in but didn't realize this sticker was on the back of the battery and needed to be peeled off. Hope that helps.
