Audi dealer service Dallas

Looking for recommendations on Audi service in Dallas. Anyone have a good experience at any of the Dallas area dealerships?

Had my first maintenance check done at Audi Dallas. It was fine. Took about an hour more than they said and they don’t give rentals for that small of a job.

I’m about to have some work done by Blair Automotive. I’ll let you know but so far they’ve been great to work with.

thank you. I purchased prepaid service when I got the car so need to use at Audi dealer. I’ve been with Audi Dallas for 7 years and have finally had enough with poor communication, endless delays and multiple other frustrations. I’m looking to take my business elsewhere.

I don’t blame you. I live closer to Audi Grapevine but decided to try Audi Dallas. Nothing special. Won’t make that drive again. The best thing about them is Nonna is right by them.

It’s our favorite restaurant in DFW (although we just ate at Georgie’s and it’s phenomenal as well). Get the clam pie

I take all 3 of my Audis to Audi McKinney. RS6, SQ7 and R8. They do a great job, offer a rental or shuttle no matter the job and are very quick. I’ll be up there Saturday taking my RS6 for its first service.

I have very limited experience with their service department. I called them because they’re listed on the ABT website as an authorized dealer and asked about sway bars. The guy literally told me, “Man, a sway bar is a sway bar. It doesn’t really matter….” I knew then that the guy didn’t have a damn clue.

For what it’s worth, I just had sway bars and my car lowered by Blair Automotive in Carrollton. Did a great job. Fair price

I just got car back from Audi Dallas and I must say they took great care of me this time.
