    No data connection could be established

    2 days ago I started to receive this message on the MMI:

    "No data connection could be established. Please check the network coverage"

    It would pop up randomly. I have also noticed that the My Audi app on my phone will not connect to the car.

    I have not changed any settings, cellular service in my area is fine and the car receives Sirius/XM and nav works. Also my phone connects to the car without any issues.

    Has anyone else experienced this and found a fix? I really do not want to take the car to the dealer as it will most likely result in time wasted.

    No issue like that on a '22 Q5 Prestige. Maybe uninstall and reinstall the MyAudi app. (I'm on Android)

    I've had this issue on and off for the past 3 years. Dealer either had a temp fix or nothing at all.

    In the last week I have had 2 dealerships check and nothing. I have to plug my phone in every time and go through the MMI to get it to use Apple play.

    I know this doesn't help other than saying you're not alone. Hah

    My concern is not so much with the My Audi app which is pretty useless anyway. It is with the pop-up message that repeatedly appears on the MMI that states: "No data connection could be established. Please check the network coverage"

    My Q5 started giving me the same message last week and it's happened everyday since. Everything works normally except for the live traffic in the nav, weather, and any of the other live data sort of functions, including the MyAudi app.

    It did it 2-3 times last week while trying to remote start but then was fine and no issues since!
