Sunroof won’t close

Hi all, I was driving my 18 S3 earlier and popped the sunroof into tilt. i just tried to close it and all i get is a clicking noise, and it doesn’t move at all. any ideas?? i scammed with OBD11 and get fault code B13C654 No basic setting. I cleared code and still no change. i also checked the tracks for any debris but it’s all clear. thanks in advance

I believe in the owners manual on the mmi is a procedure to close it...also several youtube vids on it...

procedure in my manual did not work sadly. emergency closure did nothing but make the same clicking noise. the glass never even attempted to move. afaik there’s no physical/manual closing, it’s still all done via the top switch on these models? regardless, it’s somehow working today. leaning towards cold weather caused the motor to stop working for some reason. i let my car warm up on full blast heat and after 15 min, the motor is working again. ty for the help

It’s working again this morning after a 15min warm up with heat on full blast. Could have been the cold, could have just been tripping out randomly

I have a question for you. I have a 2017 S3 that I washed today and took pics to list for sale on FB Marketplace. I opened the Sunroof to tilt open and when I tried to close, it only clicked.

Temps here in Vegas are in the low 60's during the day. ABT help would be much appreciated!
