-southern owned since new
-garage kept and not my daily driven car (although I do drive it several times per week because it’s a blast)
-never smoked in
-never tracked or launched (did 1 mountain cruise in early 2023)
-exterior and interior are in fantastic condition
-mechanically perfect, needs NOTHING not even an oil change because it’s all up to date serviced at Audi Atlanta and Eurofed Duluth
-comes with 2 keys, carpeted and all weather mats
-Has a lien on it via 5/3 bank

Known flaws:
-at the time I purchased it, carfax report showed one minor accident in its past
-in April 2023, I rear ended a ford expedition going 5mph at a red light. Damage was fixed by Audi Atlanta’s collision center, Jim Ellis Collision, with Audi OEM parts. The front bumper, hood, FR fender, FR headlight, windshield(they said it cracked as they were replacing the fender and repairing a small divet in the a-pillar where it meets the FR fender, but this was not damaged in the accident) were replaced and are new.
-2 of the oem wheels have slight curb marks from the prior owner

Modifications:
-APR Stage 1 tune installed by Eurofed Duluth when I was around 18k miles. 100% reversible back to oem, and provides a safe, conservative bump in hp/tq (about 510hp and 550ft/lb tq from 444hp and 443ft/lb tq. Car has run perfect with the tune, no lights, no hesitations, no negative occurrances.
-Wears FF01 wheels as of now, 20x9 +25 but I will be taking them off shortly and putting the OEM wheels on, this will come with OEM wheels. The AS tires are pretty new, about 3k miles on them.
-Maxton Design Aero Lip Kit (can easily be removed if desired)
