Look for calibrated T40178, for example: https://www.amazon.com/gohantee-Adju...dp/B07R7QY3ZH/
This is a shop tool, not intended to replace the dipstick cap permanently. Assuming the top adjustment is correct, fill mark is 24 mm on the lower scale for CEAx engines. --g

Is the car on a level surface (i.e. not a driveway as a decline)?

Are you following these steps?: https://www.auditech.org/acont-1124.html

Go to a junk yard. Pull a dipstick from an A3 where it's on the passenger side of the engine next to the coolant tank. Don't get the one where the dipstick is at the front of the engine.

Or as mentioned, pull it from an A3. Just make sure the VIN has 8P in the 7th/8th positions, not 8V. So MY08-MY13. The sticker on the engine timing cover should say CCT or CBF.

Before you start researching dip sticks, visiting junkyards etc. make sure you are checking the oil correctly. Most people drive around just immediately look at MMI without doing the above steps and start chasing leaks. There is a difference in reading between the procedure above and just seeing the level whenever it decides to show up in MMI while driving idling etc., especially on uneven surface.
I would do this first as 5 quarts is more than plenty for a fill after an oil change. The oil capacity is 4.6 liters or 4.9 quarts with filter. I always put in 4L first and top up after a proper oil level check if needed.
