C8 RS6 - inexpensive exhausts and intakes that people may not know about

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I'm curious if anyone has used any cheaper options of exhausts or intakes from companies that may not be in the limelight.

I'm looking at intakes and exhausts, but I'm only seeing a couple options.

    Mainly recommendations are welcome

Not many options are available to the C8 RS6 unfortunately and most of them are expensive.

For the exhaust the cheapest option would be a resonator delete (either replace the resonator with straight pipes or simply cut them off).

And for the intake, a high flow filter might be your best bet. Other intake upgrades all cost thousands.

Definitely Great options on the exhaust...I was actually looking into the resonator and muffler delete "cut off"

I'm not an RS6 owner but I've done this with past cars... Similar to what others have said, you could always purchase a set of reputable mufflers, say Magnaflow, and have an exhaust shop cut out the stock muffler and swap the replacements in. I'd suggest swapping it with clamps v.s. welding to allow you the capability to swap the stock muffler back in if you decide to go another route or sell the car.

If you're looking for a relatively inexpensive exhaust modification, the 034Motorsport Res-X Resonator Delete may be the perfect option!

Check out how it sounds here:
