O2 Sensor monitor will not enter ready state

Hey guys, have to ask for some help here since I'm at a complete loss. My O2 sensor emissions monitor has been stuck in a 'NOT READY' state for at least 2 years now and it's preventing me from being able to get an inspection sticker. Here's the backstory and details:

    - August 2015 - Flashed Eurodyne tune. This tune permanently sets the Catalyst monitor into a 'NOT READY' state to avoid a cat CEL. This has always been fine and allowed me to pass yearly emissions checks since I'm allowed one 'NOT READY' monitor and the other monitors were always fine.

    - August 2021 - Last passed emissions inspection (monitors were working fine). had passed yearly inspections up until this point. So everything was working fine here. Have not flashed a tune or disconnected the battery since.

    - August 2021 (few weeks later) - Turbo and HFC replacement. Reused primary O2 sensor, replaced secondary O2 sensor with a cheap one from rockauto. No CELs or codes, car has run 100% fine since but this is presumably where the problem began.

    - May 2023 - Go for inspection and fail due to 2 monitors in 'NOT READY' state. Catalyst monitor is expected to not be ready, but the other, the O2 monitor, is supposed to be 'READY' so this is a problem. Shop reset the monitors.

    - June 2023 - Driven 500 miles since resetting, still have 2 'NOT READY'. The other monitors came back up within a single drive. Replaced both O2 sensors with expensive OEM Bosch units. Cleared any lingering (unrelated) codes which reset the monitors again.

    - August 2023 - Driven another 500 miles since resetting, still have 2 'NOT READY'. The other monitors came back up within a single drive. Gone through 'drive cycles' I've found online including driving steady 55 mph for 20+ minutes & idling for 20+ minutes, and various accel/decel/coasting speeds. Car has been through over a dozen warm up cycles. The O2 sensor heater monitor is ready and passing.

I don't know what else it could be. My last resort is temporarily flashing back my stock tune and trying to pass emissions with the catalyst monitor active and hope that my HFC doesn't throw a CEL for long enough to get a sticker. But that's a crapshoot and even if it works I don't want to have to do that every year, I'd rather just solve this problem now. Anybody have any ideas?

Holy shit bro! You are still around! Great to hear from ya! I take it you still have the same car and build?

I feel your pain on the E-test thing. I have Eurodyne and flashed my cat with that. Here in Canada, you and opt-in for the sniffer test in the tailpipe, but it costs like $75 more. I had to do this due to the Not Ready setup Eurodyne does. On that topic, that dude is a piece of work. He's not only no help, will not listen to what a creditable (me) person has to say, customer service sucks, but the tuner is not worth the money at all based on the small amount of maps in the app. Once I get my new build up an running, I'm buying credits to my HPT for this car. I tune many cars, completely understand all values and maps. Hell, I've even re-wrote assembly code on older GM cars. Anyways....

I think you might have to go back to stock bud. Or maybe go back to stock and then lean out the fuel trims a bit if you're comfortable with those settings to pass.

Hey man, good to see ya. Yeah I'm still around. Don't think I could ever bring myself to sell this thing. But I'm really hoping to figure this issue out so I don't want to give in and flash back to stock just yet. Hoping one of you Audi gurus can help me get to the bottom of this.

I'm having the same issue here in TX. My 14 allroad has a stage 2 tune & a open cat. Testing for inspection shows 02 & cat "not ready". Thru my research the tune turns off the 02 APR e85 Stage 2. I expect the cat to fail. In Texas you can fail one and still pass. Trying to find out is it anyway to make the 02 show as ready? Without flash to stock...Any help or info is greatly appreciated!
