    A buddy of mine bought it last October and when I scanned it in Oct 2022 it had 2 fault codes.

    On Saturday July 29th, the car would not turn over, the EPC light came on. We tried several times but it wouldn't turn over, we thought it was the battery but were not sure.

    After leaving the car alone for 10 mins and starting it again, it started but the engine was knocking, we drove it like that back to his place and I pulled the codes and there were several inclduing a new one for knock sensor.

    I would apprecaite any feedback from the community. Also if anyone is aware of any great private shops around the Pittsburgh area that would be awesome, would like to avoid taking it to the stealership.

    I sent the logs to an old mechanic of mine and he said it

    At first glance, it seems like a timing chain issue or a bad camshaft adjuster.
    He also shared the Audi Technical Update docment linked below. Just wondering if others have experience this similar issue with their 4.0 Twin Turbo engine for 2015 Audi A8?

    In case anyone has this problem, Audi Tech diagnosed that the cam adjuster actuator known as 5A would need to be replaced. He also stated both High Pressure Fuel Pump need to be replaced. He determined that by checking the pressure and the pressure didn’t rise enough when the engine was getting warm.

    Is anyone interested in purchasing an Audi A8L with 109K miles on the dash 😅!
