2013 Audi S5 MMI not functioning

Hello, I have a 2013 Audi S5 where the MMI and radio just stopped functioning. Tried resetting the unit, disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, checked all fuses, all to no avail. Bought the Ross-Tech HEX-V2 and ran a clean optical bus diagnostic. Performed a full scan (for the first time on this vehicle) and did receive some errors where the radio, sound system, and 5F cannot be reached. Checked for water damage and the wiring of the components in the loop and didn't discover anything. Ordered fiber optic loop to help verify components. Any help or clues would greatly be appreciated. You've got some big faults there. They may be related. How old is your battery? Check all of your ground (front right wheel well, under the liner). Check the power panel under the cowl. May want to take a voltage reading at the battery then again up front to see if there is a discrepancy, engine off, then again with the engine running.

Thank you for the suggestions. Checked the battery with a meter and got 12V with car off and almost 14V with the car running. Not sure how old the battery is as I bought the vehicle 4 years ago. All the grounds look good as well. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Anyone know if the backup camera is on the loop? You've got a fault for the camera, if it's on the loop it may be the problem. You jinxed my. Just got my daughters A5 convertible repaired yesterday after a light rear ending 5 mths ago and I'm getting a very similar issue in her '16 A5 convertible. I just ordered the MOST bypass plug from Amazon. In Vagcom, when you first launch it, go to the 'Applications' button instead of the 'Select Control Module' like you normally would. In there you will see 'Optical Bus Diagnostics' button, hit that one and let it run and you will see the modules on the loop and it will show if there is an Electrical or Optical fault. Mine is showing the Radio having a Electrical and Optical fault. Possibly sitting outside the shop with the Tail lights out, maybe some moisture got in there? Looks dry but I'll double check when the Bypass arrives.
