    HOW TO Remove fixed rear spoiler ? MK3 ttrs

    looking to install a larger rear wing , need to remove the stock one . anyone have a diagram/video/ how to ?

    Pretty straightforward. Just a matter of loosening the interior hatch trim and many bolts.

    Here's a copy of the OEM aero kit instructions. Rear Wing Install starts on page 66. Download here

    The two major aftermarket players for Aero pieces are Automotive Passion in Scotland (the one I have) and DM Carbon (Asia)

    Is there a gasket seal that is broken and must be replaced when the spoiler is removed? My old ZL1 had a basically hard glued on gasket that affixed the rear spoiler to the deck. When I had my spoiler removed for painting, it was a PITA to get off.

    There is a rubber gasket adhered to the deck plate (Page 71 of the guide shows it) however no adhesive is on the other side so it's reusable, unless you damage it.
