275/30 is too big for the S4.I had my set of 275/35/20's on the front just to see how it looked from my M5 and the 275's are just too big. It would physically fit on the car, but you wouldn't be able to turn. The S5 is a bit different in that it shares the same wheel / tire size from the RS. I was told that 245/35/20 is the perfect fitment for 20's to not rub on the S4 and that is what size tire I am looking for now to put on those wheels. I think I would be the only Audi driver with 706M BMW wheels on their vehicle. Beautiful wheel/tire combo though!

Interesting, seen a few S4s with RS5 wheels, maybe they ran the 265/30 or 255/35 setup (or 245).

All depends on the wheel dimensions and offset. I was able to fit/drive with 285/30 r20's on my S4. It was on a 10.5 et35 wheel, so there was a little stretch, but it was a few mm away from the inner knuckle.

Compared to the wheels I had, these should fit no problem on an S4, however, the tire will stick out past the fenders so it can't be run on any lowered S4's.
    285/30, 10.5 et35 vs 275/30, 9 et22 comparison

the tire on these wheels would stick out about where the wheel face is in this picture. Way past flush, but it should work lol.

Right - According to the research I did, 20x9 E22 with 275/30s should fit pretty well similar to my S5 - they're perhaps 1mm or 2mm poke but essentially perfect

S5's are a bit wider, the tires on these will poke out ~10mm past the fenders on an S4. I measured the ones I had on there and the face was 9mm past the top of arch.
