Hi all, with me driving 7k miles in the 6 months I've owned the car which has been amazing I suspect the mileage will get up there pretty quick. I see the highest mileage rs5's for sale on autotrader around 80k, does anyone know of higher mileage examples and any known issues that occur? Similar to how all bmw m cars need rod bearings every 50k miles? lol

There's someone here with a high mileage S5 that they post updates regarding repairs and warranty work. I think they biggest thing they had done was the water pump under warranty.

About to hit 55k. No issues other than my AC evaporator taking a dump, but Audi extended the warranty to 100k miles on it.

I had an evaporator go too. Had to remove the steering column, windshield and most of the dash to replace! I'm really looking forward to all the squeaks and rattles...

I have a '19 RS5 Sportback with 96k that I bought new in June '19 for my commuter car. I am highly modified and tuned after warranty of 50k. I have not had anything more than regular oil changes, plugs, fluids and I replaced the rear brake rotors / pads with Girodisk (I have the Carbon Ceramic Brakes up front). I changed the oil every 10k up to the 50k warranty period ended, tuned the engine and now every 5k because I run E85, I'm using Motul 8100 X-clean Gen2. I have done the transmission fluid (ECS Kit), brake fluid with hi temp Castrol SRF.

Dude that is amazing to hear. This right here and similar experiences need to be shared more around the community vs. the 1 story of the engine that went bad etc. Love to hear this because not many have put that many miles on this platform so glad you shared.

One my my shocks went out, along with one of the DRC control valves. Lengthy job that would be very expensive outside of warranty

What about low mileage reliability? Ha.
Bought my rs5 '23 7 weeks ago, been in the shop for 5. Improperly seated bump stops and now waiting on the mechatronics unit replacement.
