    Start button red ring cracked?

Does anyone have this issue with their B9 RS5 as well? the red ring around the start button seems to have a crack in it and now has a slight gap. Not sure if there is a part# for just the ring? or what it is for the entire start button? Not sure if anyone else has fixed the same issue. Thanks!

Did you fix it? Or leave it as is? It is not really that bad, but I hate looking at it and seeing that gap in the ring there.

I havent fixed it yet. Only had the car for about 6 weeks. I noticed it a week after i got it and realized the ring itself was just some cheap plastic they put around the button and it kinda irritated me that they would put something so cheap in an RS car. Mine isn't missing a chunk though, its just cracked at the bottom. I've heard the dealer would need to take the center cosole apart to replace it.

Mine split/cracked on my 2019 S4 after about 3 years in my Texas heat. I was hoping it wouldn't happen on my 2023 RS5...but I guess it's something I get to look forward to.

Yea I guess I will leave it. not sure if there is any point fixing it as it is so fragile. As mentioned, it feels like a cheap plastic clipped in ring. I wish they would just sell replacement rings.
