Anyone remove or swap front S6 emblem?

Lack of symmetry on my front grille is driving me nuts Anyone removed the front S6 badge? Any pointers?

This will be tough to remedy to your satisfaction. If you remove the emblem there will be an area that’s meant to have it that will be obvious. Maybe have it powder coated black?

So you’re saying there is still something there once you remove the badge? On my previous SQ5 and A6 the badges just clipped into the grill slats.

I got mine from german car accessories. It was way cheaper a year and a half ago. They inflated price. Fits well though. It's a hard ABS gloss black though.20230428_201700.jpg

Looks great! Any issues with insulation? Did you have to trim anything?

I did not do the install. However the guy who put it on for me was not pleased. Bumper came off and on a few times just to make sure the fitment was right on.

No major modifications I was aware of, other than the styrofoam bumper reinforcement will no longer fit. He also sprayed the crash bar black for me. Even though the grill covers the crash bar, at different angles you can still see it, so it is suggested.
