2021 Premuim Plus w exec package/Black Optics

Decided to make a build thread because I am really excited about this platform and I also do not see a lot of information out there when it comes to modifications. I have a lot planned for this car so feel free to follow the journey on my social media platforms:

Maxton v1 front lip gloss black
Mid resonator delete (sound clips on my socials)
Cete lowering module
Front windshield 20%, 50 % reflective film
All windows 20%
Audi Oem Roof rack(for sale $200 OBO,came with car)
Oem 21 in wheels powder coated gunmetal Grey(Done by previous owner)

Looks great! Best interior color. Can I ask, did your front lip not come w the maxton logo embedded on the top of lip?

Mine did and and I can't stand it. You can see it right in the middle of the lip. It's not a decal. It's an emblem made of soft plastic. You can slightly see it in the pics. Wondering if you had it removed?20230327_160642.jpg 20230402_130413.jpg

Ooff I love that color and your wheels! I just peeled the sticker off for a cleaner look. Easy to take off, will need like a goo be gone to remove residue.

Test fitting spacers on the stock wheels today. Man was this a fun process. If anyone wants to know flush fitment is 17mm up front and 23mm in the rear

Car looks great, I'm going to be picking up a CPO 2020 S6 Prestige at the end of the month. Same color combo as yours minus the black optics package.. Was on the hunt for a CPO as I've been seeing people having some issues with these cars.

Can't wait to see yours1 Yes 100% get a CPO and the warranty. For black optics I would reccomend getting it unless you visually just want the silver trim. Because trying to do it after will not be cheap.

Trust me I'd want the black optics but this one has basically every other package and option with CPO and for a good price. Hard to pass up. I'll end up swapping the grille out and vinyl wrap the chrome parta. Did it on my b9 s5 and looked good.

Not yet steering rack gets in tomorrow afternoon. And still waiting on APR tune. But the intake is growing on me. I would rather hear exhaust than intake lol. But it is a nice add on though

New to the forum but wanted to say that your car and especially the new wheel looks fantastic! Tossing an idea out there if you're up to it, you could try to use a VERY minimal amount of neatsfoot oil, coconut oil, or mink oil to darken it a bit quicker than naturally waiting. I say this in the most conservative way as it looks incredible as is.

How's the sound with the APR intake vs factory? I know they claim a descent power jump but that's in combo with the stage 1 tune. Curious also on experiences with CETE suspension module.

Louder turbo noises. I noticed a bit more pull in lower gears. Lowering module is great no real issues really. My favorite mod by far.

Man so much lol. The shop that did it said it was very labor intensive with these headlights and all the chrome. The Full matrix hd lights on the prestige model is easier to work with.

Really appreciate the front end pics as I've been considering a Maxton front splitter as well but couldn't make up my mind on which version... 1, 2, or 3. your pics give me a better look. What made you choose V.1?

Thank you man. And I just like how the V1 looked oem+ and went really well with the lines. And it sat flush with the bumper which is just cleaner. I recommend V1 splitter for sure! Let me know what you decide and would love to see some pics of your build man.

v.1 is in the cart. thinking too about the side skirts and/or rear diffuser. looks like you have the rear diffuser with the exhaust ends? or no?

EDIT: all three are in the cart. damn they are brutal on shipping costs. def adding the rear diffuser, still not settled on the side skirts.

Rear diffuser for sure. Running stock tips and exhaust. Sideskirts I am iffy on. I have seen them in person not warrant such a drastic change in profile for me to drill holes in the car

That's where I am on the skirts, just not sure the lines need changed that much. Front splitter ordered, rear valance has to be pre-ordered and wont ship until it looks like October.

Did the guys that did the front lip install have to remove the front bumper to attach it correctly?
