Audi S5 B9.5 Aero Dynamics Body Kit

Hey Everyone,

My copyright/trademark finally got approved. He are some quick shots of my S5 B9,5 kit I'm working on, we still have some final tweaks. I don't plan on mass building this kit, I'll probably push out 25 to 50 kits. This is just a hobby for me to keep myself sane, I get bored quick . I hope you guys like it!

No pricing at the moment, but I am looking at 60-90 day for a prototype. After the prototype I can give real numbers out.

Really good my man! Aggressive but not tooooo much. The skirt is favorite, but also wish they were a bit thinner in regard to the amount they poke from the body. Will for sure need to PPF those. 😆

Thanks Mops, I went for the OEM plus design. We're still tweaking the design just a little and definitely will need ppf

FRP and Carbon. Probably going to limited to 25 kits worldwide in FRP and carbon fiber. I want to keep it exclusive, these are just my thoughts right now.

Guys Here's a update and still not the final version. let me know if the direction work, do you think those side fins are maybe too much? We find this car quite difficult to restyle (mainly do to the lines of the stock skirts and the side section/design line of front bumper) but not yet there with the final vision. Looking forward to some feedbacks.

$0.02 I think the spoiler is a bit too square at the edges. Kind of hard to tell in the renders. I'm trying to decide whether to jump on a new spoiler for mine, so that's where my eye went first. What the package really needs is to get updated to some blue calipers! Personally, those are my favorite part of your current in the flesh build.

I’m not as familiar with the S5 but the front splitter looks like it would hang fairly low compared to stock (hard to tell). I’d be worried about scraping it.

Overall the design reminds me of what I got from Future Design. I know it’s not for everyone, but I think the the FD full blaze kit is the best looking kit for the B9.5 RS5. I have gotten so many compliments on it.

Finally had time to finish up the front lip, this is the final version. Let me know what you guys think, I wanted to keep it very OEM-ish. Now onto the side skirts

Thanks. I do get quite a few compliments from random people out and about.

The wheels are all the same size and offset, however their concavity are different so it gives a staggered look.

Tires: 285/30ZR-20 MICHELIN PILOT SPORT ALL SEASON 4

They fit flush with no spacers and the only rubbing I had was against the 2 fender liner clips at the top center of the front wheel wells. I removed them and no rubbing since.

I have the comp package and I think the factory ride height is perfect for daily street use, so I don’t plan on lowering it any more.

I finally finished the overall design and I'm sticking with it! Now I can move on to stage 3, I will be scanning the car at the end of the month. Here's everything you will get with the kit. you have a option for FRP or Carbon Fiber.

I think you should have made the rear diffuser a complete replacement instead of an add-on piece. The FRP option may look ok as an add-on assuming that the color matches the rest of the OEM diffuser, but I think the Carbon Fiber option might make it look like an afterthought (I hope I'm wrong). I'll reserve final feedback once I see the real thing. I should also mention that I am not a fan of the honeycomb or reflectors on the OEM diffuser.

Are you intending to custom paint the spoiler to match the customer's car or did you render it white specifically for your car's application? I assume it will not be painted to match.
