Didn't know e-codes were available in the states for the RS6/7. Where did you source them?

That said, I don't think the coding is available for an owner to use. I think you have to go to a shop like Pacific German or the guy you can contact via WhatsApp that will remote in and do the coding.

I should've asked, did you get headlights or taillights?

I bought the euro tail lights through Europrice. Coding was done virtually by Alex. Required a dongle offered as a purchase add on when buying the taillights.

I have Euro coding on my US spec headlights. I had it done virtually by Sam (the WhatsApp guy). In addition to dynamic auto high beams, Sam did several other things (e.g. acceleration timer, maneuver assist, and a few others). The only downside I can see is I still have the orange side markers, which I don't care for all that much. However, I can put up with them considering the cost of the headlights. Not to mention the pain removing and installing headlights. If I'm not mistaken, this requires bumper removal. No thanks. I had to do that a few years ago with our 2019 RS5. They look awesome, but what a headache.

Anyway, hope you're able to find the coding info you need.

There is a company that will take your NAS headlights and cover the amber markers. I believe they are in New York.

But you are correct, you have to at least loosen, if not remove, the front bumper cover to take out the head lights. However, I am pretty sure the bumper cover is designed to be accessed pretty easily (like under an hour). You are not removing any of the structure or radiator support or anything like that. I am not even positive that you have to pull the fender liners. On older Audi’s (I know the B7 RS4 had this) there was something called “service position”. With just a few screws the bumper was designed to slide forward several inches so that you could access things in the front of the car. You didn’t even have to unplug any wires. Maybe the C8 RS6 has something similar. If you have a time where you will not be using that car for a week or two you could send the headlights off.

Hi. I got headlights from Europe fairly cheap along with alcanatara headliner. I talked to Sam, he said its plug and play.

No coding required? Seems that you'll still need to code your car to tell the new headlights how to utilize the new features. Plug and play may mean that no wiring, etc would be required. Hard to believe they won't require coding. Maybe I have it wrong.
