If you had a wider in 18" maybe! No good tires in 19" so ultra light weight wheels to match a poor tire selection is not a good deal. Make some 18" and you might get more attention from guys that wanna go fast.

    Yeah, I agree with this.
Aside from the tire availability, they're also cheaper and have more side wall to protect the expensive wheel.

That said, amazing price point and incredible innovation!

Like Mike said, your target market needs 18s so we can run good tires. Additionally, for the price, your 18s need to weigh around 13 or 14 pounds. Seems like most of the guys that are trying to go really fast are running Belaks which weigh about 12lbs and for those not running beadlocks, Wedssport seems to be one of, if not the, most popular options. My 18s weigh 16lbs but they also only cost $2400 so for me it would be really hard to justify this purchase. Cool stuff, though.

Thank you! I think instead of width, the others are talking about an 18" diameter wheel, but let us know. I'll post Golf R photos below. Most of those we talked to indicated 19" was the target, but happy to look into 18". Our E3 wheel, 20x9, is scheduled for release later in the year (you can see the pics on the ling above, targeting B9 and others). Then a 20x11 (Porsche and others, staggered fit). Then, a 20x10 E3.

The go fast guys want to run wider wheels. I run 267-275 on my TTRS. I have 2 sets of wheels from 034. Their wheels come in a 9.3" width to really fit well in the TTRS. Look at all the go fast guys in this group and on facebook they all switch from the factory wheel to at the biggest an 18". They real fast guys go small brakes and run like 15-17" Size matters!!!

Yeah, most of us will step down to an 18 at some point for the available tire sizes and frankly, the weight of the wheel. For instance, the WedsSport TC105X wheel comes in an 18x8.5 and weighs a whopping 16lbs ea costing approximately $2200-2500 a set, depending on who you get it from. That's why you see so many of us on that wheel. There aren't too many of us willing to run a small brake kit but, for those that are willing to do so, they will generally also have a set of beadlocks in a 15" or they'll run a cheap 17" like the RPF1's.
