Flashing "speed limit" light in HUD?

Hi Everyone....brand new to the forum and in the future, maybe a used 2019 S4 Prestige...only 13K miles on her.
I test drove the car today...very nice....but one thing that was driving me crazy was the speed limit "sign" that is in the HUD and flashes if you exceed the stated speed limit by a few miles an hour.
I'm guessing you can remove this...but I wanted to confirm with those more knowledgeable than I.
I know you can adjust/remove the speed limit warning feature (set it to 90mph, etc.)....
...but I'm referring to the flashing that happens when you exceed the stated speed limit of the road you are on at the time
(Speed limit may be 40mph....and when you go 45, the speed limit "sign" flashes, etc.)

From an overall perspective, should I look for anything specific if I go test drive the car again?
    Thanks!

Yes. That can be shut off in one of the MMI menus. It blinks when you exceed 10 miles over the limit.

Check the production date to verify it has the updated rocker arm design that seem to be going around. I don’t know what it is, but a little searching and you can find the cutoff.

Mine is driven like a grandpa 95% of the time sadly, but the platform really seems very stout and has minimal issues on the whole.
