Good morning, I'd like to know when new RS7 Performance will be available in the US?

I read the RS6 Performance sold out in a week for 23 and 24 models.

I ordered my 2024 RS6 Performance on June 30th and it completed production on September 25th. I have also been told that it's going to be very limited production.

The performance is the rs6 and rs7 in na. Can't order the "regular" version. It's not limited but Audi doesn't exactly build a zillion of these cars in a short span... people tend to wait a while after placing an order.

I ordered the RS7 performance in early July. Dealer called to inform me the car is built and is scheduled to deliver between December 18th and January 8th.

So i am pretty jumbled about the performance version. Does the window sticker say performance? Because via audi s website 2023 supposedly they were standard with performance. And performance plus got you the carbon ceramics and something else.

I believe in North America the Performance version,2024 was the first year it was offered and the only model on offer.
Ceramics were always an option and currently unavailable for the RS6 as they seem to be all allocated for other models presently, mainly last run of R8s.

If you look at the technical specs on their website the brake system states “optional ceramic brakes with either red or gray calipers.” I’m pretty sure they come standard with the performance model. I guess we’ll find out in a couple months.

you just answered your own question "OPTIONAL CERAMIC BRAKES"

The performance is not a "model" its just the marketing name of all 2024 RS6/7

I'm reading it differently. If you look at the technical specs of the E-tron GT RS for example, the braking system says tungsten carbide "OR" optional ceramic brakes. The RS6 specs state the braking system is 10 piston front calipers with no mention of optional ceramic brakes and the RS7 only states optional ceramic brakes in their specification. This leads me to believe the RS7 Performance comes standard with ceramics. I might be wrong, but we'll see in a couple of months.

Ceramic brakes are not standard equipment on the RS6 nor RS7 initial nor performance versions. The initial version is dead. The performance version is the RS6/7 now. The ceramics are optional for an added cost...IF available. They have not been for a while.

No way standard with ceramics. No mention as it is not an option at present.
