Mk 3 Audi TTS wheel fitment questions, Neuspeed wheels

I did a forum search on here regarding wheel offset. I am wanting to install a pair of Neuspeed wheels 20x9 35et on my 2016 TTS but didn't see much in the way of offset advice. My question is will the wheels be way outside of the fenders? I am looking for a wider track but not at the expense of my car looking ridiculous.

I bought the car used and it has some TSW wheels on it and they aren't my style at all. they are 19x8 42et, they are tucked in on the top of the fender about .5 inches

I appreciate any positive feed back.

with 35 off-set your wheels will be outside of the wheel arches, I believe 38 is the minimum to stay inside (or better, parallel to the arches)
