Question 2012 Audi Q5 with 103k miles, I need some advise for maintainence

    Hello everyone,

I waited quiet a bit before I question on the forum. I read many posts and watched bunch of youtube videos. I never owned an Audi before. I always worked on Honda. This is different ball game!
my vehicles is 2012 Audi Q5 Quadro S-line sports utility. I inherited it with 103 k miles. Noticeable problem was, I noticed oil leak under belly pan and the steering is hard. This is where I stared my research. At this point I have a strong reason to believe that is is Valve gasket covers leaking.
So, I ordered new gasket covers. Same time I saw a video of carbon cleaning so I removed intake manifold to attempt Cleaning intake runner and Valve surfaces. This is where I am surprised. Almost all the video I have watched about 3.2 FSI engine, they all had Flaps in Lower intake runners and Separator just above the valve. My car has none of those. Which good, because I don't have to worry about installing flaps wrong!

Unfortunately, One of the valve cover bolt snapped (due to over toruqe) Probably me. That has delayed my project because I have to wait for a new bolt to arrive. So here is my First Question,

SHOULD VALVE COVER BOLTS BE REPLACED?

I am up to a point where I can pull injectors out and attempt to clean them. Currently injectors are still in the engine. Luckily none of the injector pulled out.

SHOULD I PULL INJECTOR AND CLEAN THEM? I already order injector seal kits and required tools to reseal them.

When timing chain covers leak, do they leak oil on top at all?

I am sorry for bombarding the questions. Please reply. Also please recommend any decent aftermarket parts I can use without worrying as Audi dealer is charging me arms and legs here.
    Lastly,
IS IT WORTH INVESTING IN THIS Q5 AT THIS MILAGE? HOW LONG THESE ENGINE LASTS?

Any response would be appreciated. Thanks in advance guys.

hmm, I just did a valve cleaning on a b8 2.0t A4 and it had the flaps so I think they should be there? you can't put them in wrong as the manifold will not fit if you do;)
if you have the time to have the injectors serviced I think its a good idea, I have seen a couple injector leak on the 2.0 platform.
valve cover bolts do not need to be replaced, torque on them is pretty low like 7 ft/lbs I think

Thank you so much for your response.
    One more question for experts.
When time comes to reinsert the injector, any oil or lubricant should be applied? Or It must be drive into a Clean and dry surface? (I mean the injector bore)
    Any response is appreciated.
