a4 b9 big turbo. i have called every single tuner in north america. HELP

i have an a4 b9 with a tte440L turbocharger. i live in dallas, tx, and i have called literally anyone you can think of. united. iroz. bmp. dme. you name it. no one can do it.

how do i find someone who can tune this car? and why is it so f********** difficult to get this thing tuned?

car is full bolt on.

also - i do have a jb4 but i want a flash tune as i have been on unitronic stage 2 for the past year.

Wouldn't this upgrade take you well past the torque limits for the stock transmission or have you already done something that takes care of that side of things.

lol4cyl are you 6MT? If you're DCT you're already at (likely beyond) the recommended limits of the transmission with "full bolt-ons" and a stage 2 tune. I can't imagine any shop that has any clue what they're doing will touch your setup. If you're 6MT then disregard as I'm sure there are plenty of upgrade options available for the clutch/trans.

I have a B9 A5 and am in the same boat. Have a bolt on upgrade sitting and waiting until I can find a custom tune. The DSG was 'rated' at really low TQ. I know many that have taken their 2.0 beyond the rating for extended time without issues, but think most tuner companies don't want to take on the responsibility of testing new limits with cars that are still fairly new.

Scubabluea4dude on IG just installed a TTE440. He used Tune_Zilla also on IG. Not sure if they have a flash port they can send you or do remote tuning or what. Just both pages I stumbled on the other day. Both scuba’s car and Zilla’s big turbo a4 project car both seem to run great. 340whp and 390lbft or so

Yes go to Youtube to watch the video from Malone Tuning doing the Tunezilla Tune to Stage 3 on the TTE 440L. They also are selling it at their website for $799. The 340HP and 390TQ at the wheels was measured on a 3rd gear pull which was better than their 4th gear pull of 317hp and 374 tq. I discussed it with my local tuner and I decided the increase doesn't yet justify the cost and I'm waiting for a big box tuner like IE or APR or Unitronics before I buy the turbo and go stage 3. You could also check with Yaode Chain on youtube to see his experience. He's hard to understand but he got a custom tune.

Would be nice if Integrated Engineering who sponsors this forum would bring something to the table. They'll soon have the B9.5 sorted out I'm sure so they can maybe make some time to make the B9's potentially even faster?????
