Good to hear that some progress has occurred with your order. Here's the Audi Experience emails we got through the arrival at the dealer, to give you some sense of the dates:
December 23rd, 2022 - Received email from Audi Experience saying our Audi S5 Sportback is leaving the factory. Up next: Your vehicle will be in transit.
January 7th, 2023 - Received email from Audi Experience saying our Audi S5 Sportback is in transit. Up next: Your vehicle will arrive in the U.S.
January 24th, 2023 - Our sales associate contacted us to say our S5 would be arriving in the next few days. I believe it arrived at the dealership on the 26th.
January 27th, 2023 - Received email from Audi Experience saying your dealer will be contacting you. The fun is about to start. The wait is over.
January 30th, 2023 - Went to the dealership and got to see the car in the showroom, met with the dealer's financial rep to pay for it, signed up for Audi Care and windshield damage coverage (we're on the 4th windshield on our S4 so felt it was worth it with the cost of OEM glass and camera/sensor calibration labor. The weather was snowy and freezing drizzle so postponed picking up the car until Wednesday February 1st. Wasn't taking a chance driving 70 miles on 20" black optics wheels with summer performance tires in that weather.
January 30th, 2023 - Received email from Audi Experience saying our Audi Connect trial has been activated.
February 2nd, 2023 - Received email from Audi Experience saying "Welcome to the thrill of Audi ownership. The Audi legacy is yours. Where will you take it?
February 3rd, 2023 - Received email from Audi of America requesting feedback on our Audi S5 Sportback purchase experience.
Hope you find this sequence of information helpful. I had been able to acquire the car's VIN and Comm Numbers from our sales rep on December 27th, and with that information, I contacted Audi of America's Customer Experience Center (800-822-2834 prompt 9) and was able to get an emailed copy of the Monroney Label (window sticker) for our car in PDF format. They were quite friendly and helpful.
Good luck on getting your car soon. We love ours although have only had it for a couple of days. And a post needs a pic ... (with our "Old Blue" in the background) ...
