Anyone gone from Q7 4M to 20-21 SQ7? Thoughts, problems, etc...

Hey guys, my 2017 Audi Q7 4M is at 100K miles and it has me looking at the next option/upgrade. This car is so well set up I have been dreading the day to sell it because nothing remotely close is in my price range but as the SQ7's age they are coming down in price and with some financing I think I can finally swing it. My questions are: What options are a deal breaker or not? (They come standard with adaptive chassis and air suspension), Are there any weak links to watch out for while looking for used ones with 50K+ miles? In every day normal driving is overall average MPG much worse than the 3.0T? Thanks for any help with this decision.

I don’t have the new sq7 but my RS6 has the same motor and mpg with east city driving is about 15 and highway at normal speeds is around 20, my ‘19 q7 gets like 3+ mpg for each which feels better but I think the sq7 sits closer to the RS6 so just depends if that’s ok for you. I love the SQ7 though and that’ll definitely be the Q7 replacement in a couple years

I went from C7 S6 to 2020 SQ7, it’s awesome. It’s a beast and I thought my car was a piggy. I wanted the least optioned especially the lightest. I usually don’t buy anything with more that 30k. Less worry about people beating it to death. You will love the power delivery as it compares to the 3.0t. Do it, you won’t be disappointed.
