Yes I am the second owner, previous owner went from this to a Model S. Title in my name and in hand.

I am selling as I have ordered a new car, just waiting on delivery. I was originally going to keep this but have decided not to let it sit around unused, I am still driving this until that arrives in about 2 to 3 weeks.

Recall notice I received was regarding the oil strainer, which is not applicable as I removed it and increased the frequency of my oil changes instead.

Accident was listed on Carfax by first owner prior to my purchase, I inspected it thoroughly by removing the rear bumper prior to my purchase. It seems to have been a simple rear bumper spray. I was not too worried about it as it a plastic rear bumper. I would off been more concerned if there was any damage to the rear trunk, quarter panels, etc.

Yeah, I bought this used 4 years ago, it was hard to find every option I wanted. I imagine this is true for cars that dont sell in as large numbers as say a toyota camry, unless you buy new and build it to spec.

My must haves were this exterior color and the massage seats, but I must say I have really enjoyed the B&O sound package as well. I do not regret making the purchase one bit, but I do agree a person should consider what options they want and the price they are willing to pay for them.
