    AUX problems

    Hi,

I have a B7 6 CD MP3 Symphony radio and I wanted to add an aux-in to it, so I did.
Now, I have two problems. First being that the ground wire doesn't do anything. It sounds the same with or without it. Just makes no sense, as if the radio cage itself is acting like an antenna?
The other thing is the echo, a lot of it, voices sound muffled and bouncy-ish.

Have you guys seen anything similar?
    Could my radio be toast?

    Nobody knows?

Ok, so I was messing around checking the continuity and stuff and I noticed that when I connect the aux ground directly to the case, it works.
So my theory is that my aux ground pin is busted. Now, it is not nearly as loud as my CD, could it be the series case resistance lowering the voltage?
Are those two grounds meant to be connected together? I better check this with my old Concert single din.

I could not stand the bad sound quality of the aux input I had. I bought a USB aux kit from Enfig and it sounds so much better now
