--thanks and it was a financial disaster in the end but I always knew it was a "bad investment" as I truly thought it would be a forever car. I got the 10yr/120k mi warranty so I could enjoy putting on as many miles as I wanted and am surprised in the end I only added about 26k miles in 5 years but I definitely enjoyed EVERY one of them! Had I been able to keep it and do anything to it, I would've done a steel widebody to the rear fenders, carbon body panels (painted them Nardo grey or perhaps Meissen blue) and got the headers for sure and possibly the upcoming JHM supercharger kit though the streets in Austin just aren't great for enjoying a car that fast and I have loved the N/A aspect of this motor. The car was too heavy from the start but lightening it had really great results and I'd love to have found a way to lose another 400+ lbs which is doable but very expensive. The lightweight wheels made a HUGE difference though.

--Originally when times were good I was looking into 3 different projects and going to choose 1 to be the companion car to the Audi:
1. DeMan 4.5L Porsche Cayman GT4 - this would've been fun
2. Custom Rebuilt 991.1 Porsche GT3 - was looking for wrecked ones so I could customize from scratch
3. Alfa 4C with Dual Hayabusa V8 & Sequential transmission - this was my favorite as that insane engine has 450hp and goes to 10,500rpm!!
Ultimately, I wasn't able to even keep the Audi as my business got destroyed by the supply chain/inflation crisis so I needed a new business more than a new car. I wound up buying an 8-acre parcel just outside of town and building a Vacation Rental Property featuring an 18-hole Professional Par 3 Disc Golf course, a 2000sf main home for 6-8 guests and a 320sf elevated "skyhouse" tiny home for 1-2 guests. It's taken year and half of solid labor but will finally launch some time this month and hopefully get me back on track to one day driving an awesome car again!!
