WTB - B9.5 SQ5 Black FAKE exhaust tips

So unfortunately the diesel doesnt allow for retrofitting the desired "hot tips".

I am wondering if anyone has removed the factory fitted black FAKE tips and willing to sell them to me as I have the FAKE chrome version currently.

Appreciate the suggestion of posting in the classifieds section - But highly unlikely anyone is offloading these as they're typically removed and disregarded

Do you have a picture of these fake black exhaust tips? I have only ever seen chrome.



EDIT: I built an SQ5 at Audi Australia and you get black fake tips with "Black exterior styling package plus". It's basically Black Optics with the black badging and it gives those black fake tips too. Crazy.



You also can get red interior with District Metallic Green and massage seats.

Also, I'm not sure why Audi changed the color of DGM on their website with the 2023 configurator. It looks like a completely different color...

Correct as it was part of the "Black Exterior Styling Pack" - Which I didn't opt for as I didn't want the factory wheels in black but managed to switch out the badges to black easily enough..

If you are OK with taking a set of fake tips off and putting a different set on, why not take yours off, make them black with a $5 rattle can of paint and refit?

I did not like the chrome front rings, so I got a set of black ones, did not like them either. I ended up with red rings, which I like a lot with just a little spray paint…
