    18 Inch Q5 wheels on an SQ5??

Sorry for the noob question, I just recently purchased a 2018 SQ5 to replace my 2012 Q5. I've found a set of stock 18" Q5 wheels from a 2015 for very little $$ and with winter fast approaching, I'm hoping to toss some snows on them and slap them on the new rig regardless of how ugly they may look, just for the sake of winter safety (we commute to the mountains in deep snow often).

The problem is, I have no experience with what wheel sizes will clear the SQ brakes. Tire rack suggests 18's will fit, and the Stock Q wheels are 18x8 ET39.

    Any help is appreciated!

18s definitely fit. Here’s my cheap winter set up.

18x8 ET 35 but I left the spacers on I use for my summer wheels (15mm Front/20mm Rear).

Looks great....I like meatier tires anyway...I may have to look for a set myself.

Question: what's the weight on rotors/pealers/etc.?

Adding to this post: are those 20 inch Rotors from a Black Optic B9 S5 sized 20X9 ET 34? Thanks a bunch.

17's will even fit. When going with 17's or 18's you'll need to mess with spacers if they're a flatter higher offset wheel to clear the face of the caliper.
