First of all, let's pay the proper respect to its name and unique design. It's 3.2 VR6, not your grandma's V6.

Some say the VR6 made the TT too head heavy in high speed cornering, but I was not able to find the actual weight difference between the two. Besides, I am not a Laguna Seca corkscrew turn thrill seeker. I do appreciate the simplicity of the naturally aspirated VR6, like a poised adult, as compared to the 2.0T being a rowdy kid.

ROLMAO @ 2liter Turbo = a rowdy kid. As if we were talking about Golf's.......

The VR6 has alot of potential, and with deep pockets can go extremely fast. However, two extra cylinders means everything costs more.

The TTS will offer better performance for less money. However, if you want to start a project car, I've seen a few FWD TT's swap in the Porsche VR6 & even added a supercharger kit to it.

Super cool build but at the cost of $30+k.

Get the VR6 if you want the growl and nod in the VAG community. If you're all about performance, the 2.0 can be tuned to go faster than the VR6 for cheap.
